I shared similar views about the battery efficiency, portability, functionality of the fingerprint reader, turbo-fast performance, etc. For me, the iPhone SE3 is the very best of the best compact phones on the market since it was launched. I hope that Apple will maintain the production of this particular device.

SE3 has become my favorite iPhone of all-time. I just went back using it as my daily driver because while I prefer Android, I actually want to bombard gig apps on my iPhone.
Stupid Spectrum Mobile. It wasn't free for a year. It only qualifies for one per account and my mother already took it. So I canceled my line 3 days ago and went back using my AT&T prepaid as my main line which is still FREE. At least Spectrum won't charge me $30.
For 3 days, I was using my Pixel 3 as my daily. I love the thing and will try to keep it alive for as long as possible as that's the one I upload all my movies and TV shows onto Google Photos, but I ended up missing my SE3 because the battery life is much better on it.
Pixel 3 has a battery over 2800 mAh. SE3 is at 1918 which also looks like that's the year it was released. Give me the smaller but more efficient battery. Won't drain my power banks as fast with the lower mAh. I don't care if it looks outdated. I prefer Touch ID, rounded sides, and sub-150g weight.
It's such a maligned iPhone, and yet, I find it the most ideal iPhone I've ever owned. And I owned the iPhone 2G, 3G, 4, 4S twice, 5, SE1 twice, 7 twice, X, and 12 mini. I hated when the iPhone 12s came out and Apple returned to the flatter sides. At least with the 4s and 5s, they were very narrow.
I'm glad Adam enjoys the SE3 too. He's one of the rare few. They make perfect trade-in phones although carriers are catching on and lowering their trade-in value. But even if you kept it because you enjoy it, they feel so nice to hold. My stepdad recently caught covid, so I'm wearing a mask. No worries unlocking it.
If they break, they're so cheap to replace. Cheaper battery replacement. Probably the last, most repairable iPhone since the housing for them are so common. It's the final model with Touch ID and home button. Yeah, it only has 60 Hz and one camera. I don't care about any of that.
People keep praising the SE1 but the SE3 is so much better than it and the SE2. Imagine it has the same A15 chip as the iPhone 13s and non-Pro 14s and you can get them in excellent condition for under $200. I got mine for $150 last year in October and it was practically new.
Y'all can have your Face ID iPhone 13 minis with the tall aspect ratios and expensive repairs if Face ID breaks. I couldn't care less if the SE4 looks like it or the 14s with Dynamic Island. I hate those flat sides and a TPU case didn't make them more comfortable. And I prefer opening the Control Center by sliding up.
SE3 is practical, efficient, repairable, inexpensive, and comfortable to hold
Has the 16:9 aspect ratio which is great for watching movies and TV shows. And no exiting an app like Netflix by toggling with the volume/brightness going up or down. The last of its iPhone kind. And the best of its kind for my usage case.
I'm going to use this iPhone for at least 10 years. I want $0 on my phone bill for the rest of my life and I will never finance a phone ever again. And if this SE3 breaks on me or I lose it, I'll buy another one for dirt cheap. My PSP 2000 model is 15-years-old and still works perfectly.
SE3 is like the Hondas and Toyotas of iPhone. Reliable and cheap to fix.

Honestly, I love it!
The fact that this still looks like a 2017 Phone is something I've been looking for in a phone for a long time, and when I couldn't find a non-outdated android that was still built like this, I decided to goo with Apple for a change.
And so far I'm satisfied, the resolution of the screen is good, the single camera takes good photos and the home button is something I'm really gonna miss when this phone becomes too old.
What I don't like is the fact that it is a single camera, an ultrawide lens is something that would do good for this phone. Also, a non-glass back would also be nice.
Overall, I won't permanently switch anytime soon, if there will be no android releases that come close to this.

gave iphone a chance again, having loved 4s but couldn't stand ios back then.
i don't care about bezels, not having them on previous (android) phones had little impact on my life. i really don't care how old the rest of this phone is. all previous androids i used had worse camera. screen is perfect size. making it a perfect pocket smartphone. i can't make out the pixels, couldn't care less. and no, my hands aren't small, they're 21cm long, aka huge. i love touch id! wouldn't have gotten the phone otherwise. anyways, seems like i will be going back to android once this dies and new ones won't be manufactured anymore. i finish my day with over 50% of battery. so, if you don't live on your phone, dislike phablets, and require touch id - this is could be the last best iphone for you.

lofu, 31 Aug 2023idk why everyone hates this phone, atleast apple made a che... moreBecause the only good thing is the A15 Bionic chip, and everything else is TRASH, I mean, LCD 4.7 inches screen with HD screen, 60hz, old design with 65% screen to body ratio, battery that doesn't even last 4 hours and 64gb base for 500-600$ in every country that isn't the USA
1000$ phone chip but 50$ of everything else

lofu, 31 Aug 2023idk why everyone hates this phone, atleast apple made a che... moreFirst thise its not a cheap phone, and his specs are not value 500$ . The battery have just 2000 mah, screen just 4.7' with only HD res and just 65.4% screen-to-body ratio, just one camera. These specs are soo cheap but these phone its 500$, Poco f5 have much big battery, better screen, better CPU in AnTuTu v9 and all these for 400$. Its good that Apple try but its not succed.
