                            But within 3 years when the OLED panel has screen burn in then the value of the XS/XS Max will decrease even less.

                                  I have the iphone 8 plus in silver right now, and am considering upgrading to the iphone xr. I had noticed the screen is a little bit bigger, than myiphone 8 plus screen. I am thinking of taking my current iphone to the apple store and exchanging it for the xr in white. With so many other colors, I have decided to purchase it in white. I would only have to pay the difference in the price, I'll have to go to my carrier and have it activated. The only thing I'll miss is the home button, but other than that, I would like to try it for myself.

                                    Keep in mind though, an Xs will be worth 200 more than Xr after a year so the price difference is actually only 100. If you plan to keep it 3 years the Xs will be worth maybe 100 more but over 3 years a 200 loss is only 67 a year, sounds like a good deal to me.

                                      This phone is very impressive and I’ve had it for a few days now and really can’t understand some of the negative reviews I have read. I came from an iPhone 7 which I also thought was a great phone. I only upgraded because I play more games and watch a lot more videos on my phone and I wanted a bigger screen. And I’ll start off with the screen. Personally I think the display is really sharp and good looking and I don’t see where the complaints are coming from with this display. Possibly people are only looking at the screen resolution numbers and not the screen itself. My wife has the 8 plus and you really don’t see a difference in quality normal use. If you look close enough you will see a difference but in the majority of cases the screen is more then fine. Things like YouTube literally look the same and it’s hard to see a real difference to be honest. Battery life and performance from the A12 is just great and it noticeably faster and quicker at task then the 8 plus and gaming is very satisfying. As far as iOS goes the gesture movements are easy to get used to but will take time to adjust and as much as I love Touch ID, Face ID is really quick and works pretty much every time. And as far as the bezels go you really don’t notice them anymore after using it a while. It just becomes normal. The camera is really good but to be honest I don’t use my phones camera a lot because I used actual cameras so I can’t speak much for it but it does take some really nice photos. The only complaint I have is 3D Touch. I told myself I don’t really use 3D Touch but I didn’t realize how much I used it until it was gone. Other then that I think this is a great update for people who still have older iPhones. I think if you have an 8 plus or X you should just keep those phones but if your coming from a 7 like me this is a serious upgrade and I got a holiday deal with mine so I only had to play around 600$ for it which is how this phone should have been priced in the first place. But ignore the crazy LCD reviews because this is a great phone.
