I hope asus reads these comments or somehow you send them theses feedbacks. android 7 is nearly out and we are still using lollipop. even zenfone 3 will not have android N and god knows how much time that is going to get to be released. when i was buying zenfone 2 it was with the hope of having android 6 in a few weeks. are they going to wait and release android 7 instead? cuz with this pace I'm sure only my grandchild will be able to see a zenfone with android N

World worst company in mobile...I bought one and after 15 months my phone was dead.. when I went to the service center they charged 250Rs. only for detecting the fault and then they told me that the motherboard of my mobile is dead and they said it will cost 16000Rs. for new motherboard... I don't feel that it is fair with any customer that this company is selling such kind of mobile phones which can't even survive for 15 months and they are promising things that they cannot even fulfill properly which is highly disappointed.... And I've met some more peoples having the same kind of problem... So that's why I would like to suggest not to buy such mobile phones it's highly waste of money...!!

Dio, 20 Aug 2016Plzz tell me! I m very confuse which mobile buy it worthabl... moreIt's a good phone (I'm happy with this phone for 1.5 years - no heating problem on my side) but now I will not recommend to buy it. You can find better phone for a better price, or maybe wait for the Zenfone 3.
Question: Why do you need to play 4k videos? The screen is only 1080p and it's not a MHL compatible.

I use this phone (4/32 version) since 2 months.
Disabled the bloatwares, use Greenify and SD Maid. Good battery time, the phone is fast, no lags, no bugs. The camera app now is good, except the video quality. The future updates should focus on brightening the screen and add some volume to the speakers.

I had a problem with a speaker just after a 4 months. Of course I ordered the speaker on ebay and now it's ok. Otherwise, cell works fine for now.

What I can doHey, you need to calibrate you battery...
Try this one,
Used your phone until the battery drains or until your phone will shutdown.
While your phone is off, charge it and do not turn it on yet.
When the LED Notification turns yellow, it means your battery is full but do not unplug the charger yet.
Turn on your phone until its open, then unplug the charger.
That's it, hope it will help.
Please give me a response once done.

you can say i was on the brink of just getting this one, it was closer than you think cause when i saw 4GB ram i almost ordered it. Thankfully the Moto X Pure Edition came out during that time, i got the Moto X Pure Edition, one of my best decisions in life.

Not a bad phone. Its gone through water damage twice, and still survived after a drying session in rice. Now its getting heated up after the second time i sweated on it too much. Lasted a year with this kind of abuse.

Got an email from Asus support end of July, saying that the Marshmallow should be out by the end of August. Anyone knows something about this timeline?
