I had requested for replacement and I go... moreBy the way Dness, you must calibrate your battery first.
Just try this once.
Use your phone until the battery will drain and be at 0% and automatically your phone will turn off. Then charge it while the phone is off and when the LED notification becomes Yellow Color, do not unplug the charger, just turn on first your phone and when you see your phone at 100% battery, that's the time you unplug the charger.
Afterwards, do not make your battery drain again to 0%, when it comes to 15% or below, charge it and do not use it while charging, and unplug your charger only if your battery meets 100%. :)
This is the proper way of taking care of your phone?

sim slot #2 always no network, need to restart the phone each time sim slot #2 is out of service.

How can Asus be so customer unfriedly?
I too face the problem of non-display of caller id screen when somebody calls me (Zenfone selfie). Asus is not making any effort to resolve the Problem!!!
No more Asus in my lifetime!!!

Deepak, 10 Aug 2016Asus zenfone 2 ze551ml good or bad phone...plzz tell me abo... morei have a 2g ram version of this phone. very very veryyyyyyy good. this is god of phones. several times fallen from my hand and i take it. but there's any even little stretch on this phone. great speed for gaming. great display. great sound. great shell. very very great touch even better than iphone. but you wait for zenphone3. i sure that's better than zenphone2.

It also happens to me, and the main reason why is because these units are too old, they just stock for a long time and you've bought it just now, so the battery will drain to the highest level :)
Trust me... And don't worry too much.. :)

The phone looks good and feels good. The screen is a nice quality. Those are the good things. The bad are, random reboots, touchscreen not responding, the battery dead in 4 hours, most apps not working well. No fingerprint sensor
considered all its a very mediocre phone not worth the money. Better buy elephone cost less and is more phone. Or the know top brands and models

dont buy this phone. 6 Mons working. warranty never cover your equipment, there is always humidity or other thing. they nether assume the these motherboard are badly manufactured.
Really dont buy it
