Anonymous, 30 Apr 2016I have been using this mobile for past one and half year. T... moreyeah i hate the battery thing its just to small battery for a phone like this and the over heating the main problems but other than that is good
and mine is in the shop my screen cracked :(
the funny thing is i didnt drop it but my FKing teacher did hate her now xd

Anonymous, 26 Apr 2016Is there an official lollipop update for zenfone 5 A501CG? Yes, released long long ago, but if I remember correctly, it has never been delivered OTA. I had to check for updates, go to Zen Talk from that screen, download the update, put it in /, and turn the phone off - on. Subsequent L updates, possibly except one, were OTA as usual. Works very good for an Android.

I have been using this mobile for past one and half year. The battery is draining very quickly while playing games and browsing as well. And iam facing heat problem too.

I'ved been using this phone for 2 years already. Until now no lags even if memory storage were almost full. So loved this phone, camera and all its features were unique and up to date. Asus costumer service is fast on your concerns. If i will buy a new phone.... ASUS is my 1st choice. High Specs but Low in priced.

Ive been using zenfone 5 for a year and the only problem is the battery.when all my application run ,the battery very very fast drained.

ive been using this phone for more than a year now and i think the only big problem that im experiencng with this is the battery...for its price camera resolution, sound quality, signal reception, etc. i can live wit it...f u want the best it will cost u of course, thats the reality of it

Hey there i am using asus zenfone 5 tOOJ.
My charger cable is lost(usb) so can i use any usb cable with my charger?.
And i am having a problem with my phone that it heats up when i plays game in it.
And did the update came for lollipop?.

I was facing SIM card problem..How to fix it? I just change SIM tray yesterday now I can see only one SIM on my display..that show another SIM not installed..anyone have solutions guys??

Great phone :)
Good camera
Good display
Smooth navigation
Pretty good for gaming (although lags a bit for really high-graphic games)
The only thing that sucks though is battery. This is the major drawback.
But what the heck, a fairly easy workaround is to just have a powerbank.
So its not much of a drawback really.
For a relatively cheap price, its still worth it! :D
Had mine for only a year til it got stolen, sadly.
I guess the phone is soo good its worth stealing eh?

Used it almost 2 year, It still works very well~
everything is going fineeee, love it
it seldom lag unless I open game required higher ram
This phone is very cheap and worthfulll, just buy a better phone if you want good camera good speaker and good battery guys. Just pay more for it~~~

hey guys, im a zenfone 5 user . and to be honest im really disappointed by this one . 1. battery life sucks( i mean, really, really, really sucks) 2. bad signal reception 3. camera became yellowish and blurry after new update( i love to take photos and bcoz of this, i just didnt anymore) 4. for music lover the sound wouldnt be enough for u 5. screen brightness was just too bright for me to use during night time(even after adjusting the brightness to the lower lvl) .. other than that, gaming experience cool (graphics) .. the screen sensitivity responded very well ..
