        1) Using Greenify and manual hibernate all apps which we running in background and actually was not in use.
2)for All unnecessary apps, i have selected NO to background data download.
        3) For some unnecessary apps i have selected Not to being awake and not keep in awake from Power management.
        4) After KITKAT update 2.19.8, i had done factory reset and reinstall all apps on KITKAT platform.

Faced battery draining issue just after KITKAT. with recent update it seems O.K. but still under observation. No Heating , No lagging, Minor Bugs but overall enjoying my phone.

Tomazz, I want to factory restore my phone to somehow fix those error I have. Maybe it's just because I'm messing up much with my phone. How would be the restored phone? Just like a newly bought phone?

                                      Guys,
Have any one tried 2.19.40.18. I think battery draining problem is some how controlled and now within the acceptable limit. after 2 hrs of update only i have loose 3% battery while mobile data is on with 3G and whatsapp is also active and other SIM for voice calling is also ON. right now i am trying to full charge the battery for better observation. will update after 24 hrs observation. but right now i'm feeling great !

What do you with "safe"? if you are asking how is it, well, there are some bugs I encountered, some here said that they did't but that's what I have now. Battery in kitkat drains faster, but a battery fix update has been released. Somehow, battery was improved but not that much (for me, or maybe i mess too much with my phone). You can ask Tomazz for more information, he knows more than me. :)
