I think this phone is for fooling others that you bought something expensive and extraordinary (apple X). This has nothing to do with sensible design as it seems to be 1:1 copy. Also price I guess would be more than expected so better choice will be Xiaomi here.
But yea, why not. They need to come with something interesting as there is so much phones out there and no one want to buy them anymore.

I know this has been mentioned before but android device makers should stop copying the iPhone. Not on anybody's side. I have used both operating systems and I like both tbh. But the iPhone x already has a bad design. The camera placement, camera bump and the notch could have been avoided entirely. It feels like a prototype. If they do want to copy something, copy the good stuff.

Really i don't care for iphone x like design because they clearly target to it and with some improvements. Dual speakers, beautiful screen, AI host to every single operation is really a complete package, Not to mention about regular and fast updates from Asus even on old phones.
Asus fans are with you and one who didn't yet try asus must consider and give it a shot. They are worth it.
