but i dont know how to upload mp3 and it didnt come to me with usd cable=(
is this normal?

venkatish, if you send a white wallpaper to your phone it will cancel the operator logo, try google for providers of logos. but it failed to work with my nokia. gd luck

hi i was wondering if anyone could help.
i have installed the mobile phone manager software on my computer but when i connect my usb cable to the computer it says no mobile phone connected.i want to upload my mp3s from my computer to my phone.

For all who asked about loading the mp3,
I dont know I just put in a folder named as mp3 in my memory card and it is working just fine.
On the whole, this is a wonderful phone. But the Operator Logo is the kill there. It is much down from the top that, good wallpapers lose their beauty with it.
Does anyone know how to remove the Opertor Logo. I called, both Benq Siemens as well as Orange, my provider, but they were not able to do it.

Hi, I bought this in the UK from the Carphone Warehouse. It did include the Headset and the USB Cable. The other item is the Charger ofcourse. Did you have any problem?

Well done Benq,this fon is luvly.however, i would have wished it had fm radio.could you please consider adding fm radio in your sequel possibly Benq-Siemens EL71x please please please

is there a handsfree on the phone? loudspeaker i mean, is there?
the quality of the camera, is it any good?
and last, the battery life how is it?

i have had this phone for bout a week now and i have loved evryday of using it !!
great features super clear screen and fantatic sound!!
this was the best money i have spent on a phone and all i can say is cheers benq for a mint phone with an ace price tag !!!

when i got my phone it came with a USB and headphoes but no memory card!! but i brought a 256mb memory card for £11

hi does this phone come with usb cable, memory card or headphones in the uk? if it doesnt cum with headphones then can you put normal headphones into the phone?

Save enough cash to get a memory card, cause onboard memory is a waste, but lovely phone..
