i had this blacckberry 9000 its a month nw since it shut itself when i switch it on it doesnt load only o red light is on bt nothing is working,what may be the problem,am no longer using it since it doesnt work

I love my bold 9000
I have a big problem whit this phone
My BB always loading and the battere finished (it happen in a fiew minute use) my memory too fast become 0 bytes
There is no program was downloading in my phone..
Would you help me to make my phone condition became a normal again( always not loading in a fiew second)

Then its Track Ball Is Already Damage ..
Can i Replace that Track Ball To Touch Pad ??

Need help. I like my Black Berry Bold 9000. Have been using it for the past two months. But it frustrates me since the battery keeps running out too soon. Is there a way to discharge and recharge it fully or am I doing something wrong?

Hello there. Pls I have this blackberry bold 9000 dat I love so much,but it keeps hanging(freezing).I hav practically deleted every application I have on it just to create space bt d same thing keeps happening.(I just had to delete my app world now so as to create more space).pls help
Secondly my phone doesn't have any pdf reader installed on it and I can't get any free one from bb app world either,pls where and how can I get one installed? I need it urgently.

u need to reload OS.
1st of all u need to download OS, u can download it via search engine.
however u unable to install new software using bb desktop manager. u be able to reload os using apploader.
u can find the apploader inside your folder in installation of bb desktop manager which is u need to go through folder by folder inside your pc.
after u find the apploader, inside the same folder u need to delete some item names as vendor.html if any related item remarks as vendor.
then go trought the apploader and follow the instruction.

hello. I'd like to know how i can solve this issue. I have this phone but it just shut down and won't power back up. Everytime i try to do so it just shows a white screen and it switches off again. Is there a way to reset it?
