BlackBerry Bold 9000 seems like a phone that i'd gladly give up my motorola v8 for anyday. I was at first optimistic about using BlackBerry service but i heard its awesome! Butchie!

BBAUS, 02 Aug 2008Well of course you would choose Telstra over Optus or 3 bec... moreWoah, haha. Get defensive! Yeah, Telstra has good coverage.. 99% of the population. But Optus has 98% now. Why waste your money for a measly 1% extra coverage? Unless you're living out in the country, it really wont make a difference.

Unless I misread the information above. The just announced it was in the process of being made, not that May 2008 was the release date. I work for a cell phone company and have heard nothing about a release date yet.

I brought the nokia e71, and i absolutly love it, the size, weight and overall dimensions of the handset are excellent,

the material the handset is made out off is very strong and robust, definantly the right choice made by nokia. Excellent.

i was deciding between e71, or blackberry bold, after carefull consideration, i decided for the e71, i am now a very happy owner, the amount of features and what the handset is capable of is endless. Great battery life, never slows down or freezes. All in all a great handset and better than any blackberry handset.

Yeah Telstra are a joke, I haven't given them any money for along time now.

They even had to change their iPhone data plans last week, cause they were such a rip off. Nobody was buying that phone from Telstra.

The guys from CNET have tried the Next G network and said the speeds aren't that impressive for all the fanfare.

I'll be walking into an Optus store later this month to pick up my Bold :P
