Am getting problems with me phone of late. when some one calls me i see he headset sign, meaning i should fix my headset or else i cant hear. My media setting too i see too headset sign but it is suppose to be just one. i love my phone n i don't want to lose it.what should i do.

Hey...guys ia m here 2tell u that blackberry is the BEST phone i
have ever seen and used and still currently using...neva will give up. FREE internet, FREE access to mails, and checccking work mails 2 no cost..WOW think about it...transfer mails to laptops,p.c's....THINK guys...wat u can have just by investing BLACKBERRY an MUCH more!!! reply on: sugar.sweetaarti123@gmail.com will look forward to replied mails...thanks...

- if its not, contact your dealer, it is available with them im sure...

I'm to sure if i will need access to the net to download the software to my PC.
with tears in my eyes, somebody plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me.

i tried updating my phones software, it starts but after a few minutes it sayz a fatal error occured and update stop. am not able to update the sofware to OS5. some one plz plz plz help me out with it!!!
