How does this phone compare with the blackberry bold 9000? Any large difference with performance? I thinking of getting this phone for my partner to use for bb messenger.

To delete a theme: go to menu>options>advanced options>applications. There search for the plazmic file with the name of the theme. It should be something like this "com_plazmic_theme_name". If you can't see the name, press the trackpad on it once and it should give more info. Once you find the one to delete, highlight it and press menu>delete. You will need to restart the phone, so press yes when prompted to restart.

Anonymous, 27 Mar 2010the 8520 is about as bright and the sun. so u really need s... moredude..who the hell r u??in my opinion i still think that between gemini n javelin, gemini has more to offer..yes,its true that javelin has more features but it is an old model..gemini is more handy n reliable..it also has a dedicated music key(which is also a short key to open media player that contains pic, music n etc) so,about the brightness..yes,this is the first time i saw n own a smartfone that will be more bright if it used under the lights..not just under the direct sunlight!!! LOL..that is y when i snap a pic under the sunlight also the quality of the pic is still awesome..but,if it is doesnt has enough light,it also still bright..enough to view anything n texting..then what makes u made such a comment like that??

the 8520 is about as bright and the sun. so u really need sunnies while ur looking at it unless u want to burn ur eyes out. 8900 i'd more compare to the moon. easy on the eyes.
