I agree with some people, y do they compare BB with Nokia E71 and E72, no doubt these 2 phones are good at their level.
But BB OS is something different then symbian OS.

BB is king in its own ways....

Damn, the review sucked. Every review on a gudget phone from these guys should be more flexible. They wrote this comparing
it higher ranked phones? For one thing, mine came with a 2gb card (region dependant) and sunlight legibilty is great. Too bad they expect every phone to have the same things as higher end phones.

OMG, I hate gsmarena's reviews about blackberry phones. Why do you have to compare all BB phones to the nokias E71 and E72? They will never understand what Blackberry is about. If you are thinking of purchasing a BB phone please don't read the reviews. I recommend you to find reviews in youtube and decide for yourself.

just got bb8520, first bb, so far so good, but have a question. My call waiting is not working properly, called my service provider they say it's activated, told me to check under "options" call waiting should say "yes". there is no such thing under options. I've tried to find it no luck.

Can anyone tell me how to set up or check on my call waiting?

                      Thanks

Just read the review partly. Do you really think BB don't appeal to wider public? Well that's my experience from a UK shop floor: all the kids want a BlackBerry so if RIM did a prepaid version it would sell like a dream. Samsung already picked it up - hence Corby Qwerty or whatever it's called. 8520 is more popular than 8900 because of it's low price tag. Both get Google Maps so people aren't fussed about proper SatNav. Also - who really wants to take photos with a BB? 8520 was a great idea and though it's nowhere near the Bold most people don't care as long as it's a BB.

                                Hi everyone
just got my bb.was a gift actually wanted the bb bold. So not really happy about it.
noticed it is limited in some functions like the 3G,internal memory amongst other things compared to the bold
Pls could u guys tell mi what is fantastic about this bb? And pls what is the difference btw a Tmobile bb made in hungury, and a plain bb made in mexico?
                                thanks

Hi. Noticed a couple ppl have problems with using the wifi. Bought this phone today and haven't used it much yet but I can use the internet through wifi. After you set up the wifi connection go to settings, advanced options, browser. Change the default browser settings to hotspot browser then save. This way if you didn't take out a bb plan, you can still use the internet where there is wifi connection. Hope this helped.
