Comparison, 26 Jan 2009How does the Curve 8900 compare against the Storm?the storm and the curve are two different devixces completely, if you are consumer and looking for a flash device then you want to go for the storm, if you looking for a business solution then you need to go bold or curve

Aymen, 24 Jan 2009I need some one to guide me, i want to buy one of the follo... moreI feel The New Curve 8900 is much better only thing it does not have 3G. With the 3G option it drains the battery in BOLD. I have to swtich off the option of 3G in order to run the battery for full day in the BOLD. So I have changed from BOLD to the New Curve 8900. Also the New Curve is much smaller and lighter.

Does this phone have a built in dedicated GPS or does it rely on a data-plan?

Anthony, 22 Jan 2009Wow, just got mine from Rogers it's amazing! Very good fea... moreAnthony, how do you find the web-browsing and email attachment download speeds strictly using 2G (ie. not on wi-fi)? Have you tried the Bold? Is it markedly faster than the 8900?

MadKat, 24 Jan 2009bold 9000 is a good phone but just a bit bulky battery life... moreBut if you were in an area with 3G coverage, wouldn't it be a no-brainer to go with the Bold. 2G vs 3G browsing and download speeds should be no contest.

                                bb bold 7.5/10 - bb 8900 9.5/10

I need some one to guide me, i want to buy one of the following:
Blackberry Bold 9000 or Blackberry Curve 8900,
when i checked the reviews, i got more confused.
so which of them is better, consider that the camera is not important for me, the important thing for me is the browsing speed, and the battery life.
so could some 1 assist me please...

Battery life issues!!!! make sure the WIFI is off because if you are away from your home/work router it is constantly searching for a wifi hotspot....i've switched mine off and battery is lasting 2-3 days with moderate use!!!
