i like the design. i like that it use bigger button that qwerty on 9700. when i said want to buy this phone, all of my friend who use BB told me "Suretype is sucks. don't buy anything with suretype. buy qwerty!"
so now i'm confuse. enlight me please about suretype. is it really sucks? or just need a little time to get used to.
and i live in indonesia, so we i don't type english often. and use many of indonesia abbreviate oftenly.will this be a real problem for me if i buy this phone??
need alot of advice and review. thanks...

shahin, 09 Jul 2010guyz can you tell me which one is better, 9700 or pearl 3g?I went to a store here in Canada to try both 9700 and 9100. Pearl's keypad is not good as Bold's, talking about feedback. If you want better keyboard experience, go for the Bold ;-)

TS, 07 Jul 2010I asked the BB sales guy In india ?. There are no direct BB sales guys here, so you probably would have asked a shop keeper. I am pretty sure he would have taken an educated guess about the price...

For your info, the 9530 specifications is same as 9500, but also 9530 is a world-phone capable with both GSM&CDMA access, actually it should cost more than 9500 which is GSM only. SO WE CAN NEVER EXPECT/ANALISE THE MOBILE MARKET PRICING. SO LETS WAIT & SEE!!

Which service providers... moreyou can easily unlock this phone from any service provider (Airtel in this case, as they will be bringing this device out first in india). Then your free to use any service providers SIM card like any other phone. Usually the showroom shopkeeper your purchasing it from will do it for you.
