aj, 16 Apr 2008i cant seem to receive any files from my friends via BLUETO... moreto recieve you have to go to the app you want (ringtones, pics, video ect.) hit the options button to the left of the track ball and select "recieve using bluetooth. I had the same problem for a while.

This phone has had the most issues i have ever had with a phone. I am disappointed with it. The texting feature needs to get the bugs worked out

go to media > music > menu > receive using bluetooth

This phone is alot to get used to at first, but gets easier once you know how everything works. You can receive files through bluetooth, you need to go into ringtones, press options and then receive file through bluetooth, you need to do this everytime you want to receive a file, just some uneeded protection from blackberry, phone is good overall, although its sound quality is very poor.
Blackberry is a great phone though
