i just bought this phone and am enjoying it although video recording is below par. is there a program i can install and watch live tv streaming on this phone. am also having nokia n95 and i have some programs for line tv streaming

well i brought this phone last two months ago.. but im suprised bec just for a 1 week i need to return this for repair. phone hung, mp3 not plying., can;t read the memory and mostly stockup when you soft reset.

its different from other touch screen mobiles.
little complicated but when u get used to it, its a sexy mobile. i just loved it

lacks wifi, kinda the only major drawback it has ....rest is all nice
basically a buisness phone so no need for extra entertainment...if ur used to touch screen,then it has one of the best
dun leave bluetooth on...battery aint much good..but still, dude us it as a mobile ..charge it or keep spare one

I LOVE MY STORM. Prior to buying this phone on vodafone, I read the reviews on this site, which were, to be honest shocking. APPARENTLY the battery was crap, as was the screen click, it was unbearably slow and well, generally held in the opinions of writers as rubbish.
I TOTALLY DISAGEE, its awesome, battery life is excellent if the BB case is used (i also set mine to automatically turn off at night, which saves more battery). At first I held my judgments about the screen click, but now that I have got used to it, using a normal touch screen doesn't seem right! its occasionally slow, but due to the amount of applications i have and the music and photos, it's very much acceptable.
I have had this phone for around a month now, and its spot on.
Ignore the negativity of opinions on this phone, it takes a lot less effort or persuasion to voice opinions that are negative, hence why there's more!!

The phone is rejecting all my outgoing calls & its not a reason of SIM card because when i replaced the SIM in another phone everything worked. Everything is regular SMS GSM coverage except outgoing calls,how can i fix it ??

I would really like to let people know that this is the most terrible phone on earth. It is also the "flagship" blackberry in terms of price; mt 8310 curve was even better than this. The battery life is poor because of the big screen, call quality is not good at all, and so is the signal. It becomes very very very very very very very frustrating trying to type an email or sms, and forget typing in a rush, do not get conned into video quality, because although the video thats preloaded is quite good the videos taken isnt up to scratch at all. I urge anyone that is buying this phone to save their money reconsider and look at some other blackberrys, you will definately definately definately be very disappointed.

storm 2 looks better and improved all the negatives in the previous storm, this storm just sucks. specially the touchscreen.LOL raally bad! what a joke phone from rim!LOL

I agree with the previous post, very poor performance but with so much expectation generated by the hype. The phone is seriously under-specced and Blackberry are vastly over-rated - the Storm can do nothing more than any other phone and that includes Storm 2. If model 1 was any good why change the screen tech so much. It must be based on the negative feedback and in this regard it is unusual for RIM to take a jot of notice. Just shows early customers were testers, oh and we had to pay for the privilege!
