Camera is average. It take good picture outside, not good inside or in shadow. It doesn't bother me bc I don't use it much.
One thing that nobody mention is that it support usb-otg out of the box. Doesn't require root or any app. Just mount it and see all files in folder. I can play mkv video with mxplayer from USB stick.

@jajami. How does the camera fare? Most reviews say horrible. Just interested if it is really that poor.

It not that bad. If play game only, I might get 2:30-3:00 hrs. I think Intel chipset is not optimized for games.

Just got it, charged up to 100, set up everything. So far I really like it. It feel better than my Nexus 7 and Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. Very fast and smooth. I will play game, browsing and see how good the battery. One thing I don't like is that screen get smudge easily.

I really recommend this product super fast long lasting battery, can you imagine this specs in this tablet, i can tell you this specs are to much for android OS, thats why never frezzz or got stuck

Great deal guys !! This will be on sale for $130 on Thursday, Nov 28 start at 8pm EST. I think you can buy it at dell.com only. I will order one, this is a steal.
There is also a similar Asus memo pad HD 8 that you can buy for $230 on Amazon. That is quite expensive.

Also, built is astonishing, smooth & velvety back feels very premium. Screen is HD yes, just as nexus 7 1st gen. and 8 inch gives premium experience than 7 inch. Best $200 I have ever spend!
