I don't mind the 4200 mAh battery, because you can just swap in a charged one. That's faster charging than any fast charger out there!

    Wait,removable battery?

They should increase battery to at least 5000 mAH . And they should give option during unboxing time to select our favourite OS . Android is old now .

put a 6000 or 7000 mha battery and you have a winner! people won't believe how long it last! i have the samsung m51 7000 its amazing! it says on for 2 or 3 days before charging up, but up dates have stopped now so need a new phone. also if you can put a 3.5 phone jack in it would make this best phone on the market! and thank you for keeping the SD card slot because thats a deal breaker for me! i record a lot of 4k and have to keep connecting my other phones to my pc and speand hours transfering video where now i just put a new SD card in woohoo!

One big dealbreaker for me is the small battery. I get it's fast to swap a fully charged one but that means I'd have to carry a spare one with me .

They need to bring back the headphones jack, the only reason I'm not buying it.

Anonymous, 31 Aug 2023Disappointed with the choice of using OLED, what's the... moreBack when I was on flagship level lcd screens I used to think like that too.

Boy have I come a long way. In my hand I have a 3y old phone I just picked up 2nd hand that was used for intense gaming with pretty aggressive burn in. You know what. It doesn't bother me. I have no intention of replacing the screen on it.

The reason being, you (I) change your habits a bit when going oled. I start to like dark themes. Instead of white background and black text it looks way better inverted. In this mode the burn-in is essentially invisible. Also, in this mode you don't create as much burn in.

My first gen samsung oled tablets have nearly zero burn in and they're almost 10y old. So it depends on the screen obviously. But even with burn-in, just use a dark theme. It's fine. The pros still weigh up the cons.

I have been using LG CX 48" oled 3 years as my desktop monitor for both gaming and as work monitor so it is under very heavy usage (8 hour work day + decent amount of gaming). Why would you think oled dies that quickly as phone monitor which for most people is not even constantly lid up?

Disappointed with the choice of using OLED, what's the point of this phone if the display will need to be replaced every couple years? Hopefully a third party creates an IPS mod for this phone.

justasmile, 31 Aug 2023Gotta say, 8 years of software updates is not that useful. ... morePhone will not become hyperspeed but network will be . We don't need faster cpu or GPU , we need better modem. Games , apps that used to be installed on phone will be only accessed from cloud.

So we just need big battery, good display . It's what happening rn . Most low end mediatek have same Mali g5u GPU.
