I just got the Gionee S10 phone, its quite nice but I have a problem with the network. I was told it has 4G and even on the SIM card tray its clearly written 2G/3G/4G but I can only use internet on 3G, do I have to do a certain setting before I'm able to use the 4G?

They deduct my card immediately after recharging without making call, browse, or text messages in my Gionee S10 and I have contacted my line (SIM)company and they said it is on the phone not from them, I need your assistant ASAP.

My Gionee s10 lite has serious charging issues and it's new. I have to switch it off and on before it charges. Sometimes it still doesn't charge after I switch it off and on. I'm frustrated. Help!!!
