My gionee S10 lite deducting my recharge card immediately after recharging without making call, browse, or text messages and I have contacted my line (SIM)company and they said it is on the phone not from them, I need your assistant ASAP.

My Gionee s10 Keeps downloading apps automatically. I've done factory reset, put on data restrictions, disabled Google play store. But yet strange apps with names "likee,trell, ringtonegionee2206" keeps downloading. I don't know what else to do. When I check details of the apps they are being stored in a folder called "Gionee.cloud.gpe
Please how do I rectify this. 15-20 of these apps can download at a time numerous times a day

For deduction of credit, I had the issues in Gionee splus, to permanently fix it switch to custom rom, to fix temporary go-to app settings and wipe the data and cache of messaging app, then open messaging app try to send message it will pop up a notification about charges don't mark the "remember my choice option" just send your sms, then anytime you want to send message just send without remembering choice of selection. Another thing to do about it is changing your sms message center number by adding extra 2 to 3 digits maybe extra 0000 or 1111, anytime you need to send text you will go and edit send your sms and then revert it.

My problem is the internal storage it full early, as if it is not up to 32gb please what can I do have done factory reset so many times and still the same thing, I can't even used it for 3months the internal storage will be full and when I checked it I won't find anything that made it full all the time, am filled up please help me out
