My problem is the internal storage it full early, as if it is not up to 32gb please what can I do have done factory reset so many times and still the same thing, I can't even used it for 3months the internal storage will be full and when I checked it I won't find anything that made it full all the time, am filled up please help me out

When you download the zip file extract it and the contents all enter a folder. Open the folder and copy the contents.. When you copy it go to your system user and paste the files

If your PC user is ABC paste it in ABC not a new folder. Paste the contents alongside videos, music etc..

Anime ifeanyi Michea, 09 Jan 2020Am also having the same problem Do a full flash on the phone and it will stop. That's what I did on my own due to that randomly tripping off and now I am enjoying with my phone. Remember I did a hard reset but it couldn't stop then I went for a full flash and the phone became OK again.
