Too expensive, battery too small. You can buy the Mi 8 for £399, I got mine for £299 in their sale.
This feels more like a £250 phone to me. Let's wait until the battery benchmark tests and real world feedback is in, but I can't imagine it's going to be too competitive.

There are better options/alternatives at this price...
In my country, the xiaomi mi 9 is cheaper than this 'budget' smartphone with the latest specs.
Disappointing Google.
Honestly, no one apart from smartphone camera enthusiasts should even bother to consier buying this phone

I really had some expectations from this phone. Why did they had to make it bigger than pixel 3? Also the screen doesn't respect any standard 16:9 or at least 18:9. The audio jack is outdated i cant see any reason for which they brought it back, at least without it there would be a lower production cost, its price is high enough as it is. I'm going for a Nokia, maybe next year @Google you will create a Pixel 4 Lite as you were supposed to!

Its over priced, It has great software features but some of them only work in US not in India, Moreover these features are Novelty not necessity or must have features.
In India its starting from 39,999 INR which is 575USD, Its way overpriced for its offerings.
it seems google is deliberately trying to fail.

Absolutely ridiculous, a midrange cell phone only with 64GB of internal storage and no expandable memory option is none of my mind. #Google is getting greedy day by day like #Apple. An expandable memory option and a 3.5mm headphone jack are the life of Midrange devices, what are you doing Google?

Does it have stereo video recording, LED notification light? Wonder how audio output is through headphone jack. Getting one anyway have funny glitches with my new Honor 10.
