Well, my two non-IP rated vivo phones are almost 3 years old, maybe it just depends on how high quality the phone is.

I also have a spare Motorola, an old Samsung Tab A and none of them have any rubber. Guess there's been an upgrade in the recent year or two.

My vivo X Note is IP68 rated, so obviusly that has rubber gaskets, as well as my Infinix Note 30 Pro, which is IP53 rated, but so does my vivo X51, my vivo iQOO 5 Pro, my Infinix Zero Ultra and even my Tecno Camon 18 Premier, and none of these have IP rating, apart from the first 2 phones I've mentioned.

You' re the guy who always trolls against the 3.5mm jack, now the IP rating too. What exactly is important to you in a phone? Guess nothing as long as it's "trendy".

Even go to bath with my phone apart i am not submergin it.
Just lying in my bathtub and reading some interesting news for like 20-60 minutes just to have some relax.
Nowdays even a low cost phone can withstand few rain drops for that i dont need to pay a lot more for few rubbers and seals.

Lmao the Imax Enhanced is a big gimmick😆 imax itself meant to be shown in BIG SCREENS. Im talking METERS and Imax is supposed to be PROJECTED and not self lit diodes.

They just probably adjusted the contrast, saturation, aspect ratios and stuff which basically does nothing.

              Its like:
"Dad, Mom can we watch Oppenheimer at IMAX? No son we have IMAX at home."

              IMAX at home:

Well, the knockoff phones from Wish likely wouldn't survive, but normal phones that have the rubber gaskets in the ports and such would be fine.

Don't tryna over-sell IP ratings. If you drop an IP rated phone into the see/ocean it's done for, same with chlorinated water. Same goes for non-IP rated phones as well, of course.

Way better than Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi.
                            Well done Huawei errrr Honor.

Unless its not waterproof like submarines its nothing but an useless gimmick.
Because nobody gives you warranty if your device will be exposed to water or dust.
You have to pay expensive repair.

TAX1BUS101, 13 Jul 20235000mah? bro! a foldable never had it!Actually the China only Huawei Mate X3 had a 5060mAh battery, while the Honor Magic Vs and Vs Ultimate had 5000mAh batteries.

Still impressive given how thin this phone is, but it's not a first for the battery size.
