I buy huawei honor note 8 and i forget pin screen lock how can i bypass it without wipe or reset factory because i dont wanna lose google play?plz help

I'm still searching for a con and can't find one. The connection is super fast connecting to T-Mos 3-3.5G Network! IMO, the camera takes exceptional pics. Does struggle in low light, but not a deal breaker for me. You can adjust/tweak it as much as you like by going to pro mode to get the best shots. Volume and speaker are pretty loud and richer than I thought. This phone doesn't have lag in its functional vocabulary. The best is of course that big AMOLED screen. The best I have see. This is coming from an S7 Edge and Note 7!

I finally received this phone. She's beautiful!! But can anyone direct me how to sync my contacts? I tried downloading apk and allowing permissions, but nothing. That's the biggest issue I'm having.

I Didn't say anything about anything else other than it's still great for the price. I posted photos between Samsung & this phone earlier in this thread to even show the difference between the 2. The biggest difference is how it can't handle low light at all.

More fast, touch Id very fast even with wet finger you can unlock. Battery life very long then Samsung. Camera, performance very good. Original lock app, you can lock message, gallery, contacts using touch ID.
I'm thinking to sell my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and buy Huawei P9 plus... Very good phone Also. Or wait for mate 9.

Smasung's S7 & S7 Edge are the best phones on the market according to most tests. Both video & picture are so much better than the Note 8. So again I say... That's crazy talk!! Also this phone is less than half the price of those 2 phones too. It's one of the small trade offs.

The phone is wonderful. My is Chinese version also EDI -AL10. Gold, 4Gb, 64 GB. Friend you will love the phone. Big screen but feel good on hand. All applications of Google you can download on Huawei App, including Play store. Many applications Chinese you can uninstall. But you can't uninstall Huawei Chinese App such as, vmal, Huawei club, hi care and others.
100℅ you will like.

I know what I'm saying. 4k vs 1080, you a compering the video, of course in that case s7 edge is better. But compering the picture that is 2160p for both, in photo quality Note 8 is better the Samsung s7 edge.

hello everyone, i will buy the note 8 from china, my friend is travelling there. But to those who bought the chinese version, is there anything which i need to take into consideration, anything to check or worry about, like the Huawei ID someone posted a comment on and so? Also, i am thinking of asking the seller to start the phone and set it to english and if possible remove the chinese apps, do you think this is a good idea. Also, if possible, can you please inform me which LTE bands this phone works on to see if the 4g works in my country.
Its my first time a buy a phone from outside my country, and am a bit worried, appreciate your help. thanks

Also, did anyone else have problems with their google accounts on it? SOmeone here mentioned their contacts wouldn't load. I'm google-dependent. I'm clearly on the line between getting this phone or getting the Phab 2 Pro that is allegedly coming out ... today. :)

Wait - I thought the phone itself (forgive me, not tech-inclined) doesn't have the radio itself to match those bands. Is the ability to use the phone on the bands simply firmware? I just want to be sure that if I buy this Chinese version and do what you said, that I would be able to use it on LTE in the USA.

Sorry, one more question for those using it on T-Mobile because I didn't understand from the comments:
Does the phone allow texting/calls over wi-fi? Because if so, I don't care if I only get H+, but if it doesn't work over wifi, then I'll have a problem because I have poor reception where I live.

Hi Guys
I'm using this phone for 1 month.
Actually the specifications is Different in same aspects.
The front camera is 8 megapixel not 5 mp.
Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels with 560 ppi pixel density.
I'm using also thes Samsung S7 edge, but the camera of Huawei Note 8, is more better than s7 edge. I was expecting buy the Samsung note 7 but with this problem of explosion I prefer jump to Huawei phone's. Battery life is amazing the phone performance is amazing. I think I will buy the next mate 9 also.

I am in netherlands waiting for this beast ... should be here in couple of days... only concern is the taxes on it.. have no idea how much they ll charge if anyone had any past experience with taxes on europe import please share
