I'm still looking for a way around the front facing camera not having flash. Any recommendations? Someone mentioned an app called FaceLight. Will have to test. I'm also wondering if a custom Rom Would allow the camera app to flash the screen. Any suggestions would be great. I'm not a big pic person, but it's one of those things that could have been included.

Let say if you are not getting new message notification, maybe you turn off the protection for that app. You can go to battery manager, under "protected app", if you want to get new message notification, make sure you enable the protection for that app. This is a new function on Huawei's phones to save battery. If you disable the protection for a specific app, that means the app will not refresh itself once yo7 closed it. To get notifications for new message/email, you have to turn on the protection. So the app will still run even you lock you phone. Other Android phones always have all the apps protected, it will use a bit more battery, Huawei's giving you an option to disable it only if you really need to save battery. Hope it helps.

Hi can anyone please help me? So i j got my phone today and im on tmobile.... And from the start of the device... It just gives me the 2g network i tried turn on all the options from the setting menu and it still give me the 2g i heard that in US it does give you 3g or H+ on tmobile but its just not going through right now... So can anyone help me with that and i did put my card in sim 1 slot....

Yeah the phone does have a horribly active background app killer! It's a pain to work around. Seems no matter how you set it, it still kills most apps. Like this phone needs THAT much battery savings. I'm hoping for a rom to fix that.

"How are your notifications? Does the phone alert you via the led light when they all come in? Some users are saying they don't always get them. They have to open the app before the notification start popping up. Have you experienced that?"

Just go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Battery Manager, then scroll all the way to the bottom, and turn on the "Remaining battery percentage".

I checked in Amazon, Honor web site and only goled and silver white is avalaible .
I never seen black of this phone any where please advise .

again with the question, anyone heard if this devise will be available in the middle east and in which countries. I dont understand why Huawei are being so conservative on disclosing info on the release of it, i didint get an answer from them on their facebook page, i sent them an email to both honor and huawei but no answer. can you please assist
