Phone was released November 2016 and was still for sale new when I bought mine end of 2019, it was a poor performing phone then and has got worse.

This is probably the worst phone I have owned, continually turning off on it's own, slow, finger print scanner not working, photo back up crashes and over heating. HTC customer service are pretty poor. My previous HTC Windows phone was excellent...
