The display contains phosphorous with other organic compound to enable each pixels to be more vibrant. Super AMOLED display has an absence inorganic layer to enable brighter pixels.

Downside is that the life span of Super AMOLED is much shorter than AMOLED.

Unless you have a huge wallet, just stick with LCD, TFT, and AMOLED. The displays are fine itself because majority of these Android phones have HD, HVGA, XWGA, and WGA resolution.

I wanted to get the White version of HTC, but it cost more.

This phone is really good. Only thing I could complain about it is, of course, the brown border line. It really kills the look of the phone altogther.Forgive the design ;Enjoy its performance.

[deleted post]I got Desire and it's an awesome phone. No doubt about it. As for Experia Arc, sorry I don't think that is a good idea to buy one when you can buy the best. That is Desire. With Wifi around Desire simply occupies all your time, positively.

Don't worry about those who say it invalidates the warranty, as long as you can get a RUU for you carrier you can always return to stock.
