Something went wrong ... moreget mixzing app from the market, you could view it in landscape and you'll have an equalizer, best part is that you could tweak the eq for each and every song, it also helps when you have a song that has a lower volume apart from others, u could adjust the gain for each song individually..u cud also create folders using your pc which works better for me.. btw just dont transfer the app to the sd card coz its gonna be bugged, i had to uninstall and just downloaded it again

hi folks. if upgrade Disire's os to 2.2 froyo , is it possible to install applications into memory card?

Quiapo Dibidi, 11 Mar 2011I think theres NO landscape mode in music player.. i tried... morei haven't compared a class 6 sd card to a lower class, but i've read from some posts that you'll experience lags and unsync audio for videos with sd cards below class 6.. i was just lucky coz the 8gig sd card from my previous phone was an original class6 card, so thats what i'm using instead of the 2gig one that came along with my phone.. i've checked in megamall, it's hard looking for a class6, and most of the salespeeps dont have an idea what i'm talking about.. we should also be warry of "classA" or imitations or fake cards.. you very well know how it is here in the philippines.. btw way any brand will do as long as its original like sandisk, kingston, etc

i tried my music player just now, and it wouldnt go into a landscape mode.. so i assume theres no landscape mode for music player....
its just a minor thing.. dont take notice of it too much.. the rest of the features is all the best.. peace!

One Question Sir... i read ur post about buying microSD for desire..have you tried using a non-class 6 microSD?
Im really planning to buy a 16Gb microSD for my beloved desire..but iv got no idea about the differences in Classes...
Can u suggest a brand and type and how much wud it cost here?

Hey I recently bought the HTC desire. Something went wrong with the music player and it does not go into landscape mode. I have tried callibrating the screen but that has not helped. Could someone tell me how do I rectify that. BTW all the other applications are automatically going into landscape mode the moment I turn my phone

would like to know how to put phone onto roaming as orange texted to say i would be able to text from more places if i did this .

An awesome phone. Very customisable. But lacks front camera and camera cover at back. The flash of camera is very powerful. I've never seen it before. But battery eating phone. Somehow manages a day. Otherwise its great.

Hi Everyone,
I own a HTC Desire and completely love it :-)
I had a question regarding the recent news of gingerbread coming to original desire and hence contacted HTC regarding it..may be this piece of information to other users as well.
As you might be aware that OTA 2.29.405.2 and 2.29.405.5 was released ffor desire few months back. I did not install this updates untill yesterday coz i didnt really felt the need. However on knowing that the gingerbread is coming to desire, it popped up a question in my mind whether i will be able to apply gingerbread update to my phone without applying the above two OTAs.
Answer from HTC was ..NO.
One needs to install the above OTAs before gingerbread would be available to his/her device.

Satheesh, 10 Mar 2011Tap and hold. Then select Save to save audio an video files.Thanks for that but ive found it works for pics but not vids/films.It just gives me a save link option. Must be something in the settings somewere but i havnt yet found where.

can anyone help again please. When im on the web and press to download a film or vid it doesn't give me the option to store and save it, it streams it. This is on websites that ive used for years with nokias etc where when you press download it does just that . This phone just streams everything.
