But how about the internal memory issues? The phone storage is pretty low, so this limits you from downloading too many apps. I know in FroYo this phone has apps2SD option, but does that really solve the problem? Have you found a better solution for this?

2nd week w/ my htc desire: increased battery life (i guess its calibrated now), very good benchmark and quadrant scores, very fast browsing, no "hanging" issues even with heavy usage.. camera/video is fair, i'm not gonna recommend it but it doesnt affect me coz it does the job done anyway.. for equalizers and avi/mkv players i just went to the marketplace for apps.. i'm just so proud of this phone, i'm the only one who has this in the office (it sets me apart from the rest hehe) and i havent seen anyone here in manila and in my town who has this phone i guess filipinos are still nokia and iphone diehards, well not me!.. sofar soooo good, sooo desirable this phone..

I have just bought 1 HTC Desire and I am facing a problem in rebooting itself frequently, yesterday the device kept rebooting 3 times, then stop working, but the screen appear with a word "HTC". I sent the device to the HTC services Center in my country and the resolution has not been solved due to weekend.
Anyone have experience the same as mentioned above, please share.

hey, i got my htc desire about 4months back, i do have a lot of battery life issues & switches off on idle & after couple of minutes turns on, heats a lot during charge or internet usage, not very confident of using it for long, please suggest if any measures to help this as its very slow as well these days

Just got this phone and most things seem good.The only thing that seems missing is there is no file manager for putting pics and vids into folders for easy access,help on this would be very helpfull, also the music sounds a bit tinny and i cant find any way of adjusting it.Thanks for help in advance.

I have HTC Desire for 6 months and this phone is very nice. Before this one I had Nokia series N and E, and its really big big diference comparing to desire!

I got a new htc desire and i had a iphone3, when i put my sim card into the htc, my contacts are all mixed up and is saying last name first and has the number 1 after all my contacts, how do I get it to display first name first and without the numbers after it?? really confusing

No it's not something natural, I've bought one two weeks ago and it's working good without reboot, even one time, I suggest you to check it.

i hav desire since last 3 month....and amazingly it never hang ....not a single time...it is a super fast performance monster....
but my device is rooted...

My HTC Desire has not "hanged" since I got it and I am a heavy user, 3G on, Wi-fi on, GPS on, Mobile TV on, no probs. The only thing i do not like about the Desire is that the volume control bar on the side can't be locked or disabled. But otherwise, helluva phone.
