Awful phone with high price! I had it for about 2 years and then is stopped to work. seems this phone is timed for 2 years. No one could fix it in my country.

I've had HTC Desire 500 for almost two years. It works perfectly apart from the the fact that it needs to be recharged almost everyday, but since I use it all time it's okay. The memory might be a problem, but if an app wants to be upgraded and there is no space I delete it and download it again. The thing is I dropped in a space full of water and it worked for a very short period of time and then it stopped. The display was ruined. Do you think that it will work as it did before after it's fixed?

My memory on my Desire 500 is full i didnt install apps and I had made a factory reset and the results are same 3.92 GB ... WHY? And the another thing is there a sofrware or android update for this phone ? please tell me

Sorry for the english but it's not my native language. So I have my HTC Desire 500 for almost 2 years and I'm very pleased with it, especially with the front and rear cameras. So the problem. Two months ago it starts laging and the apps start chrashing, finally the phone stopped. I took it to the service and the changed my battery and motherboard or they say they do. Two days ago my stock apps started to crash again, and I took the pone to the service again and now I'm waiting. Did some of you guys had the same problem, and do I have to buy a new phone, because I very like that one and don't want to change it soon.

Ndaki Kija, 18 Dec 2015I only used it for 8 months when it started starking and ev... morei also faced the same problem too, mine was vibrate 7 times and stark there... i sent it to the service center last 2 months... they told me that motherboard had spoilt.... it cost me RM200++ Malaysian dollors... i get anger and not worth to repair it and i changed phone now...

I only used it for 8 months when it started starking and eventually it completely stopped working..when you switch it on it vibrates several times and stark only displaying the word HTC.

I have this phone for almost 2 years and so far the only problem I was haveing is my internal memory and updating for apps because from 4 Gb there isnt much memory left,try to put some games on SD card its ok until it comes to update it says Your phone dont have enough memory or this device dont have enough room for this update.For 8 mp rear camera and 1.6 front camera pictures are very good,dont have any problems.
So I give 8/10 for my device.Any help with memory please???
