there are a very big problem of software in HTC 616, three time i have got it repaired but again same problem, very bad experience with HTC, will never buy HTC phone in future

have not been enjoying d phone ever since i bought it 1year plus if its not thé screen its something else v wasted alot of money.

One of the worst phone I ever seen . it won't work after 6 month . it audio jack become unserviceable . after 1 year . and worst customers service for this phone if u go to customer care for repairing of audio jack they will tel u that u have replace full board . HTC is making fool of people with brand name .

Worst phone. I bought November 2014 and it worked perfectly fine for 1year and from past 8 to 9 months, it went to repair for 4 times and now it stopped working completely. don't buy this phone

Why all the comments say that this is a bad phone?? it isnt. I HAVE MINE SINCE 1 YEAR ALREADY. IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE! it might get slow at some time but you need to understand it is a low priced phone although i dont really find the phone lag. The sound is not too loud though thats true but it has good camera both front and rear. for the price its a really good phone. Never experienced any problem with it. And battery life last for 8-10 hours easily with data package on.

the mobile is okay for basic use but for high end features like camera,ram is not soo good and there is no update for this mobile model since 2.7 years when i have bought this mobile and i have got 2 times the software issues. And i think these days we are getting well featured mobiles and also for less prices but compare to htc - samsung, micromax are providing good features than htc in android platform.

is the worst mobile company it does not have reliable service centers and there mobile creats problem every 45 to 60 days after warrenty

i used it for 1 year and now it's software has gone. don't buy this phone. waste of money. don't buy. No service Centre available in major city, very bad experience with htc company, never buy any product of HTC.

Its "dead" now after using it for a year ,bad bad bad , service center is very bad too, me not to buy HTC again.
