yesterday i have seen 2 movies back to back & after that 20% battery still remained that was awsam....super phone in this range every thing is satisfactory (camera,music,display,games,design,features,battery backup.etc....).

Cn anyone tel me which one is better htc one mini or desire 816. Fr camera and memory ,no doubt desire 816 is better......i wud rathr hve d information from experience desire 816 user since m hvng one mini..

It is a good phone considering its price range & for those who want a larger display.
It sports QSD400 processor & 1.5GB RAM
Supports dual sim card (GSM/CDMA (3G) + GSM (2G)
Memory is expandable upto whopping 128GB
Full HD 13mp rear shooter & 5Mp on the front.
The best thing about this is excellent battery life. Comes Extreme power saver (Last 10% lasts around 21hrs)
But it doesnt come with Corninggorilla glass protection. Viewing angles are good but not great.
Doesnt offer double tap to swipe, unlock gestures to unlock to a home screen/Blinkfeed
Camera doesnt come with Image chip. Zoe feature isn't included. It takes a bit longer to process images/videos after capturing. Images in the low light is disappointing.
For those looking for phones in this range, you can get it. But I'd say to wait for few days as HTC's One E8 (Plastic version of M8) & One Mini 2 will be available in the market

I waited and waited to get my hands on this phone. There is a MAJOR flaw with the.phone it has no built-in file manager. As it's running kit Kat that results in no ability for the user copy or move things on the ext sd card. Slowly as I use the phone my files are going all over the place and I can't do a thing about it. I have rung HTC and informed them that not having a file manager with system privileges is a serious problem as no 3rd party ones work in kit Kat. I don't think HTC understands this is a serious turn off! I want a galaxy grand 2 now (it has a file manager) 😵😵😵

HTC 816 phone hangs a lot. Its three days since i bought this phone. I am really upset. Even battery backup is not up to the expectation.

Htc is far away from nokia in terms camera.
