My concern is when I am trying to get movies onto my phone which are around 2gb-3gb by apps like superbeam
So if the internal memory is less than I cannot get those movies as the incoming movies come on handset memory only

I want to updat... morelook the phone will look much better but u got to remember to search the play store for htc products and update them manually after that the phone will look awesome .
on the downside and it's a big one ,your phone storage will become like 2.7 giga and after a little bit the system space will grow a bit too anyhow your storage will be crushed into a few app and forget about big games ever. the phone will sometime lag but it will never be worse than samung, right?:P. look eventually u will have to do it so u might as well do it now but if u value ur phone space and u use big apps DON'T DO IT. I have htc 816 right now and i updated to lollipop so i speak from experience. hope I helped :).

its really a fantastic phone.
Pros:
Good Resulution (720p HD)
better RAM 1.5 GB
large screen 5.5inch
good battery life
camera 13+5
no more heat,hang,call drop, slow net issue
Cons:
low internal only 4 GB for apps
but it can be adjustable

i have htc desire 816 dual and it a pretty good phone i must say depending on your usage, but recently i have faced a problem with the DND option like after i updated to 5.0.2 lolipop that option wasn't availabe anymore i have tried a lot looking for that option in the settings but hence that option don't exist anymore after the 5.0.2 lolipop update.
please advise folks.

HTC desire 816 has really disappointed me .. it's about two months now since I started using the phone ... Dude, HTC d816h battery sucks .. at times I feel like smashing the phone on d floor .. U charge your phone 100% in d next 30mins-1hr..the phone will go below 5 percent... at times I watch the battery draining very fast like rain but it's helpless .. sooooo disappointed .. I like everything about the phone but d memory n battery is the worst ever ... HTC company can do better .. it's horrible...jeez
