It's simply a question of waiting for the upgrade.

An Awsome mid range phone with High performance. .
Im Using it for 12 days . .
No problem faced till now . .
The only prblem is a bit heating problem . .and ofcourse the battery backup .
Battery backup is not that bad . .
Using internet the battery drains faster but the standby time the backup is awsome.
For mid range users the phone will last for one day perfectly . .
I got almost 2 days battery without using internet . .
now a thing is that the speaker getting noise . .
Overol a value for money product from htc . .

I read a lot about it before buying, but in the end I bought it and now I am truly happy I decided for it. No unusual heating problem even when playing games, the battery is quite good considering its Octa Core 1.5 processor and the big screen, I just cannot really fault anything in it. It's a good phablet, solid, well built and fast. Go for it bro.

i m having this phone for over a month and half. till now i am very much satisfied with its performance.. camera and design..but only one thing i am confused about when it will get android 5.02.. please HTC do something about it....

Dudezzz iam decided to buy 820... is it a right decision??? i think heating prblm is the mai reason!!! Is there any way to reduce heat?? Give me a suggesion ,. Os am right to buy a desire 820????

aru, 09 Feb 2015When call come to my phone the upper speaker is not working... moreAll the desire 820 is ringing only from the bottom speaker only while getting phone calls...wish that HTC will be able to solve this issue by the New update as it is effecting the ring volume
