Bought Desire HD a month ago.i just love it & so used ot it now.It's really worth it apart from battery.But it's understandable due to big display.Guys,this phone is d best in my experience compared to my iphone4 also..........Simply incredible...

from owning one i can say that this phone is a great phone to have, its got basically everything you need and more specially cuz android lets you customize the phone to your own specs, but when it comes to the battery. One tends to think why you'd build such a nice phone with such a crappy battery. if you depend on your phone heavily for day to day use don't even think of getting this phone as it won't last you even a full day. If you tweak it and run app killers from time to time you might get a days use out of it. The phone is a toy that you could show off to your friends but not a good phone to rely on .

3 simple words : THE 'GOD PHONE'. DOES almost anything. grt design, grt camera, grt hardware, only u hav 2 kno how 2 use the battery.. :) :)

Plea... morei have one of these phones right now, its a bit cumbersome due to its size, and the battery really sucks if u use a lot of apps, but u can buy a replacement battery on amazon. Other than that this phone is the best thing since slice bread, like seriously if u like tech, its like WOW, enjoy a must buy

alia el gohary, 04 Mar 2011hey , how r ya? are u sure that the battery is bad ,am goin... moreI have the HD and my wife has the galaxy-s and I have to say that the HD is always on charge cos I never get more than 22hrs out of it with moderate usage when my wifes galaxy goes 2 days with mod usage.taking in mind that everyone has a different idea of moderate usage though,but the HDs battery is pretty bad.

It is quite usual for the battery life to be short in smart phones.
The battery is better than the Samsung galaxy s which only lasts for one day!
You could use the battery of the desire for about one and a half days or two, but its worth it!

O my! o my! I bought this device recently. I cant express how good it is. It's fully loaded with functionalities and a colossal display. But the battery is running out fast. May be I am using it too much after getting on my hand. I guess it will be ok when I'll become regular with it.

Would you guys recomme... morewhy dont u wait till the end of this month!!! Samsung Galaxy S 2 will be released . have a look at it when it is released then choose . Cos many great phone will be released at the end of this month & mid of April, so don't be in hurry.

I'm about to upgrade a HTC desire.
Would you guys recommend the HTC desire hd?
I want to stick to android rather than follow the sheep and get the I phone.
Id like a phone with video call option....any ideas?
