HTC Desir HD got the rival phone now.
Moto Droid X SE word edition CDMA, GSM with 1.2Ghz and of Froyo out of the box just like Droid 2 world edition with 1.2Ghz.

I have been HTC fans for many years, but not this time anymore because i think HTC did not put so much thought on designing HTC Desire HD. It's like they have build a BMW car (HTC Desire HD) but uses lousy tyres (1230mAh). What the hell is this ? HTC engineer no brainer or what ?? I am truely dissappointed with HTC

Therefore people reporting faults with this phone would be impossible, and I dont think anyone could return something that they dont posess.

Am a sgs owner and i think this phone is cool. Am pretty sure on 1 thing tho this phone battery is going to have a terrible battery life. My sgs battery life is no gud. Hd's will no doubt be worse. 4.3 Inch lcd screen and a smaller battery than sgs.

HTC, why do you make phones without secondary cameras for video calling? This generation simply can't do without video calling. For me, secondary camera will make your phones' specifications complete. Take this on board. I have always stuck with NOKIA phones because of they versatile specifications & connectivities but will seriously consider an HTC with a front-facing camera. I hope many people share this secondary-camera issue with me. Thank you.

i work in a well known mobile phone shop in the uk and nearly everyone of these phones we have sold since launch has been returned with faults.A good manufacturer but a shit first impression

HTC Desire HD is available in Carphonewarehouse in the UK as of today. I had a call from CPWH saying they have it available. Please update status and give us indepth review.
