Anonymous, 26 May 2011its sad that people in india cannot upgrade to 2.3Mate...I live in Bangalore, India....and have updated my DHD to GB 2.3.3 at 11 AM in the morning, so I am sure India got updates....please try again.

rahul, 26 May 2011i contact the HTC support team over email regarding Gingerb... moresorry guys.. i think the support team in India is not well aware of the updates.. i just got the update on my desire HD (still downloading :) )... that 11 am alaram was correct :)

not sure which team said that its coming at 11 am or anytime in 1st week of June... but i hope it comes ASAP.. Desire HD rocks :)

i got call from HTC Customer Care (india).they said tomorrow 11am launching Gingerbread for HTC Desire HD.they told turn on Gprs in phone tomorrow morning at 11am. i am really happy that my phone is going to get update tomorrow.

i am in india,i was contact with customer support of htc.they said in india will be get gingerbread update coming june (1week) without fail.i am eagerly waiting for update.

is there any reason i have not up to this date recieved Gingerbread on my unlocked sim free HTC DESIRE HD as yet,it is frustrating waiting on an update everyone seems to have and there is no sight of one for me ..............and i brought my phone from Amazon
