I am planning to purchase HTC desire s. Heard that HTC Desire S is causing headache issues. If this is really a problem with most of the users, then I think this cell phone should not be purchased, since this is a serious issue. Please reply asap

hi every body
I am just got my desire s for 2 weeks now and till now it works great.
but I just have 2 questions and i hope anyone has answers for them:
1- Is there any software for this phone concerning FM transmitter so I can use it in my car (without the need of any hardware)
2- All people know that there is secondary camera on the front but there is no video call option while calling, so is there any way or software to activate such camera.

I love this phone -- can't fault a thing about it! Even with the slightly smaller screen it is better that the Incredible S and Sensation as it fits better in the hands (perfectly formed in fact) and has way better battery life - easy a day with heavy use (though WiFi drains as quick as any phone). The WiFi connection is fast and download speeds are great for a phone in Australia .. To fault this phone against the others is nit-picking and unless you produce Hollywood movies or taking rock concert pictures for Rolling Stone magazine, the camera(s), video and screen are brilliant .. the design is elegant and as its compares well against the iPhone at half the cost, it's the best allround smartphone on the market (ever) .. well done HTC for taking a great phone in the Desire and making it (S)uperb!

Is the HTC Desire S or Xperia neo better? I have heard some say the timescape ui (even after the update) is boring and i like the htc sense ui.Is the camera and HDMI output on neo that good/useful?

Anonymous, 15 Jun 2011All htc phone ,turn off pocket mode and that will save your... morecan u plz tell why switching off pocket mode will save battery? ..so far know that in pocket mode using ambient light sensor the phone ring louder than normal ring tone. so no direct relation with pocket mode ..share if u have different idea.

Folks, if u r having problems like automatic switching of this phone, please shake ur phone as hard as possible. If it switches of, take it to the service center and replace the battery with a new one and check it there itself. I had the similar problem and got it resolved this way. Hope it helps.
