Hi Anthony,
I have been using HTC HD2 more than 6 months, I could say it is a great phone I've ever had so far.
Now, I want to install the dual Android 4.6 version on my HD2, but I felt a bit confused and not so sure about the correct process to get it done even though I have carefully read some historical advice posted in this forum, particularly helpful hands from you.
Be informed that m using an upgrade Rom version 1.66.707.1 with the radio version 2.06.51.07, and I've read that these were not compatible for the intended flashing Android. I've tried to upgrade the new Rom version 3.14 to get the required radio version, but when I put my S/N into the required box, it said the upgrade Rom was not compatible for my HD2. Be informed that I live in Cambodia now.

So, could you help me separately on how to install the intended dual Android 4.6 on my HD2?

Many thanks,

Has anyone tried to port WP7 over to their device? I am curious to see if anyone has successfully installed. I am wondering too if the multi-touch on the device is as responsive as a native device? I saw in a video that the multi-touch was ok, but at times not responsive.

Nik, 16 Jan 2011Hey High Tec... do u have any suggestionz for me for Andro... moreI use the one I told Anthony about... I think Anthony is using the current version 4.6... I'm still on a previous version... Will update Android to v4.6 soon... Was trying to wait til Gen version is out and all is working... On some Gen versions gps and other functions are not working... I need Gps... I think Anthony posted a link to that version of Android (v4.6) on this site....

I use Android about everyday... I like some of the apps I've installed... The only thing keeping me from full everyday use is Softmaker Office Mobile, not for Android yet, but according to support it will be available at a later date... Softmaker will not make app for WP7... So it will only be available for WM6.5(X)....

Nik, 16 Jan 2011Will try that for sure. Now Questions for u... If i do ... morethe Android you are using, runs from your SD.
so when you are in Android it thinks your SD is your internal ROM. it doesn't even see that your internal ROM is there. so it can't mess anything up on that.
it can only access things you have on your SD.
