Anthony, 16 Jan 2011the settings you want from windows, you can find here... s... moreWill try that for sure.

Now Questions for u...
If i do some manual settings will in in turn change the data settings on my WM?

Because i just had a switch between Android n WM and after reverting to WM i was unable to get the internet connected, thought it got messed up for a sec:)
It was saying as verification for some certificate for the server failed when i try to browse through Opera.
Tried few things ,but didt work.
Was surprised when seeing the system date, it wa changed to March 12th 2:08 Am, Revert it back to Jan 16th n Indian time, now it works fine.
Few small things, but if v miss it, we may think complicated and even end up in a reset :P

Nik, 16 Jan 2011Super!! Went there and disabled the PIN option,Now works p... moreTo setup the data part of your SIM, you going to have to do it the manual way. there is no auto setup like in windows mobile.
You can call your provider for the setting or use paper and pen and write it down from the settings in win mo.

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2011wel basically i went onto xdadevelopers and got Mdeejay_Fro... moreYou installed the wrong Android type.
The SD card version is the dual boot version. And you have to run those 2 files everytime you want to start android. Or install the app I told Nik about.
If you did not want Windows mobile at all, only Android. Then you have to install the NAND version of Android. That replaces your windows Rom with a android ROM. That is a flash. Not what you did.

Does it allow us to Switch between oS with out rebooting?

If not another Question is using EBL2.1a._PlusUbuntu.cab we can switch to Android, The same program will be there in Android Menu option also to get back to WM??? Or do we need another reboot to get WM back?

I decided to post the rt link because this may be important to other people as well.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read EVERYTHING on the page I sent before you install because it is the manual and I am not going to take responsibility for any fees you are charged by your provider because you set up something without knowing what it did.

Nik, 15 Jan 2011Android installed fine. But not connecting to my phne netw... more Now something for you and others to think about. :-)
You had a 3.14 ROM just like “D” and very little experience just like “D” but because you were willing to follow instructions, ask questions about what you did not understand and fully explain what was giving you problems. You did it no problems. WM is a great OS and the HD2 is the best phone for it. but it gets a bad name because there are other people like “D” that think everything should be just the way they want (given to them) without having to follow written instructions or do anything on their part to get it the way they want it. That’s the reason so many think the iPhone is “THE BEST PHONE EVER” because they never take the time to read, so they don’t know any better.
Keep reading, keep asking questions and you will be surprised what you will learn.

As for the dual boot app the link is below.
Read everything on the page just for your knowledge. But most will not apply to you because 3.14 ROMs don’t need .NET framework 3.5 and you only have one Android folder on your phone.
The download is EBL2.1a._PlusUbuntu.cab and it is to be installed in WM OS.
                                        http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=737001
Note: for Android. You have to use the physical “Windows key” as if it is the menu options of every program just like you have in windows. The back key works like the “X” in windows and home is home. So you are going to be using the keys at the bottom a lot more in android than you do in win mo. Also you can download the HTC Desire manual from the HTC webpage to learn more about Android. And the HD2 manual to learn more about what you can do in win mo.
