I disagree with the reviewer. I would like the reviewer just sit down and create a so powerful and useful element like the HD2. I totally disagree with the camera quality.
Sir, is a phone. As phone it works as expected. All the rest, is WinMo phone. I've got it and in 10 minutes it was fully usable like my one year old HD.
Let me ask you how many people used front cammera, or voice dialing (you are wrong, I DO have voice dialing in my HD2) or handwriting in a capacitive screen unit (it DOES have Transcriber in /Windows, and it works VERY well!)... Please try the device first, comment then. Thank you

Thanks, it seems to have solved my problem. The fb status update was on in the phone book and that might also have caused the problem.

I've ordered the high cap battery to see what battery life I would get using that??? The only I wouldn't like is the added depth it will add.. I've really never used an extended battery before on a phone... Now I need to find a case for it????
Has anyone else ordered the extended battery??? What are your thoughts of the battery???????

Well I've been using Cell Series ROM for a couple of days now. I must say it's a rather nice ROM.. The ROM is skinned all the way through (with nice icons in all screens)..
Things I Like:
1.) I like the ability to cust the Theme with the cust tools built in..
2.) Battery life seems okay. It looses about 6% per hour in standby time (In heavy use you will get about 8 to 10 hours use??).. That's about the best I've seen so far?? I don't think U will get any better battery life using Sense and the hardware on this phone...
3.) It has some nice app's built in like "Voice Command and In Call Record".. I love the Voice Command app for calling... I didn't think the ROM had In Call Recording until I got a call and brought up the menu, and there it was (record call)...
4.) ROM is very smooth...
5.) Had it freeze on me once, but that was after I installed an App that I since removed..
6.) It comes with the App's U would use (bsb tweaks, cookie, clean RAM, pocket rar, phm regedit, pim backup, shake and save, voice command, ameba config, and midomi)....
Things I Do Not Like:
1.) The start Animation is nice, but I can do without that... That takes up storage space...
2.) Built in app's... I would like to install my own App's (like cookie.. If a new version comes out I cannot install it, because the old is built into the ROM)...
3.) You get the 576 MB of RAM, but after install you have about 151 MB left (total storage is 202.27 MB)... It seems all the new ROM's are taking up more space now.. The older ROM's had more space available....
In summary. I'll stick with this ROM for now.. I had been using the Energy ROM, but the Cell Series ROM to me is nicer (skinned all the way).. My main thing is battery life, and this ROM is doing okay so far.. Still need more time to play with it though.... Will report back again later.......

But google LeSScro he has a WM7 theme for HD2.. It was okay, but I don't like WM7.. I'm happy with my customized HD2 that I did.. I have the glass look for icons, keyboard, slider, top and bottom bar, cookies icons, call hist, time, etc....

You have to unzip it and install it on your PC with the phone connected in sync mode.
Once you have completed that I will give you the S/N to download the English ROM from HTC.

You will have to replace you SPL on your phone with HSPL and I can give you a SN that will let you download X.XX.405.X ROMs (which are English ROMs) from the HTC UK site.

Downloading the ROM from UK depends on your phone Serial Number and what you can legally install is decided by your phones SPL. Which there are 4 ways to get around.
.X.XX.111.X is a German ROM but your phone must not be .111 so that is why you could not download it.
