      Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970We both have UK phones but the difference is. My own came straight from HTC with a factory rom and s/n. clove just sold it on there behalf. Yours was just made buy HTC but you got a dealer rom and s/n.
      But that is not a big deal anymore now that you have HSPL and the s/n that Jason gave.
      You can download the ROMs from HTC now and install them as if your phone was just like my own now.
      I even know how to take off the HSPL and put back the SPL from a HTC factory phone and you can use the s/n from Jason to put on ROMs from HTC.

        It happed yesterday
        I don’t know when and I don’t know how, but I got 2 large dig marks on my screen protector. It looked so bad I was sure I damaged the screen, but when I took the protector off every thing looked ok with the screen. I could put my hart in my chest once again. lol.

        I got a free (not the official screen protector) with the car mount I bought so I decided to put that on. And all hell broke loose. I would touch one part of the screen and it would activate another, it kept jumping to the phone dialer… in the end I had to take that protector off. Last night was the first time I touched the glass and I had this phone from November. (It feels goooood) but I’m going to have to reorder an original p300 screen protector from clove soon before I have a next accident.

The diff is the three letters in the middle. My phone is a UK phone, but I still cannot download the new ROM from HTC web????? I tried Jason s/n# and it let me download the ROM. If we all have UK phones what's the diff in ROM updates. I can only download the ROM if it says (United Kingdom 1.48.405.2). That old ROM I was able to download. Kinda confused here. We all have UK phones???????

              Ok all jokes aside, yes that is what it comes with. But I would call it a wall charger rather than a desktop charger because it dose not have a cradle. The power cable for the charger also doubles as the data cable because it is UBS to micro USB
              You should buy it from www.clove.co.uk they are official HTC dealers in the UK. The serial number from there phones will give up access to all the updates on the HTC UK site it self including the 1.66rom. Other sellers can’t guarantee that.

                can anybody tell me what actually comes in the box when i buy this phone from, say, carphone warehouse in the uk? i heard there was a desktop charger, memory card and case that comes with it, is this true?

                      yes its a uk phone.
                      i downloaded RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.66.405.2
                      and iv actualy got 1.43.405.1 (70124)wwe
                      cant beleive vodaphone even told me that this would be the newest rom update when i received it after the other one was slow..
                      HT9AZNW00968 s/n i used..
                      how do i do the SSPL or HSPL?

                        I'm waiting on a reply from you to help you get the rom on the phone.

                        That rom you have on your phone old like the hills, no wander you seeing problems. :-)
                        I hope you kept the rom file you downloaded you will need it. All you were missing was the SSPL or HSPL to bypass the security check of your phone’s SPL.
                        Your friend s/n you used, Does he/she have a English HD2 (none english phone s/n will download none english rom) or do i still have to get a link for the rom for you?

                          Liverpool, 11 Feb 2010for those cabs i need a program like resco explorer???where... moreno the .cab files you just have to copy to your memory card and then install them from there. after each install do a reboot. just like on a pc.
                          for the reg-edit you need a registry editor.
                          I gave you the link to one when high tech was talking about rusco. I didn't know you did not download it.

                                Liverpool, 11 Feb 2010well ive a problem with calender ,,it dosent react,,tell ab... moreTo see 3-4 entries on the "cookie" calendar you have to slide your finger down when on the big clock view.
                                By default it will only show entries in the upcoming 7 days only, until you change the number with the reg-edit. (i change it to 30days)
                                There is also a reg-edit to change what opens when you tap an entry.

                                  I had to install the “CoOkie’s Home Tab v1.5” cab twice.
                                  The first it just uninstalled the beta cab and put back the original manila.
                                  And on the second install, it was installed.

                                    2. The registry settings are right there on the page
                                    But pay attention to the name in the [ ] because all are in the registry and you can mistake one for the other.
                                    For example.. i had mistaken [CoOkie.CallHistoryLink] for [CoOkie.ShowCallHistory] when i was first doing the edit.
