Teham, 22 Jul 2011how to install android on HD2 is it good for my phone or not??Read my post dated 2011-07-20 17:23 & 2011-07-21 15:22 then ask questions about installing Android.
Its only good for your phone if you want to use android.
If you like windows mobile, what is good for your phone is that you update your ROM to version 3.15 and keep at least 51mb free on your internal storage memory.
Apps that are good to improve the interface usability are…
1. Cookie home tap v2 with the matching editor
2. ChangeScreen v2.78
3. MMTaskManager
4. BsB Tweaks
5. XT Hack Beta2
6. meltwater’s Facebook Tab v1.6

I switched from andriod on SD to NAND and it does make a lot of difference to speed and battery power. NAND is much faster. I tried multiple builds but find the MIUI build best. Check it out.

So I don’t really use it that often. If I use it once for the mount that’s a lot. So i cant tell you which is the most stable. I don’t even have gingerbread installed. I’m still using froyo because I think my class 4 SD is just too slow to run android properly so why waits time to upgrade it.

1. Install HSPL3
2. Update radio version to 2.15.50.14
3. Install MAGLDR 1.13
4. Install NAND Android ROM of your choice.
I can go into details of any of the 4 steps if you need me to, but the step above can get you started. Just let me know where you are having problems.

1. SD… dual boot with windows mobile. (Android runs slow from SD)
2. NAND… stand alone. (full conversion to Android only OS on the HD2)

HTC HD 2 is anytime awesome phone better thn HD 7 ......and u cn use android on hd2 so its too gud......and if u wnt to root android chack out YouTube u wll get. Link under tht vidio and its vary easy

I bought a new HD2 online and am confident I will be using it for some time. The HD2 has an MicroSD card which means I can travel with added info, music and films. The ability to drag files across from the PC directly is so handy on the HD2 - the HD7 Windows 7 just isn't for me! The HD2 is an absolute star!
