I updated and was great for a few weeks and had one day where it was similar to what you are going through. Cleared the cache and been perfect since. Fantastic battery life. Often after unplugging the phone at 7am at 5pm when I get home I would have 60% plus left.

I'm currently using the m8, I had an iphone 4s before this. I usually charge my phone to 100% before unplugging it and going to bed. When i had the 4s, the battery would be about 98% when i woke up, but with my m8, the battery life is usually in the lower 80s by the time i wake up. Is this normal for an android phone? Or is something wrong with my m8?

I wanna know something, the screen of my m8 cracked,everthing works normally, its just the screen, what do i have to buy, the whole display or the crystal, and if its corning gorilla glass, does it matters if i just use a tempered crystal or its do i need a gg3, and whats the price?.

Battery is good, has two power saving modes and camera is very good. Beautiful sleek design and just a great phone to have. Must buy....

keke , 01 Mar 2015you hardly can find a phone that runs seamlessly on Android... moreYes i encountered the same problems when i upgrade my m8 to L but after that i factory reset my phone and now it runs flawlessly.. just reset your phone after upgrade to L and u will see the different.. trust me

you hardly can find a phone that runs seamlessly on Android L which says it has issues. I told my fellow Htcians on Xda forum not to be quick to update to Android L and they criticise me and now they're wearing miserable countenances because of lots of issues after update. Some companies jumped from 5.0 to 5.1 mathematically it shows there are issues with Android L. I'm enjoying my M8 under Kitkat I will therefore, update after htc has provided solid updates. Nonetheless, htc for life no matter what

ive used this phone for 3 months.. and i updated to lollipop already.. ok, first of all the battery life is terrible on lollipop, its better while using kit kat..i discharged my phone at 8am and 5 or 6 hours later it became 20%..what the fcuk.. really not good.. and second, the phone got really heat up when using it for a while and i dont really like it.. third, i found when i update my phone to lollipop it hangs a bit.. theres a glitch here and there like when using a messenger, fb, and sometimes with blinkfeed.. it lags a bit..pls fix this htc.. you ruin a very very good phone.. i dont have neither of this problems when im using kit kat before.. its so annoying

becky01, 27 Feb 2015ive updated to lollipop and im fininding alot of glitches w... morei agreed.. ive found this problem since using kit kat already.. but the phone did not glitch for long.. it hangs a bit but not much not often, even my cousins iphone 6 hangs here and there but not much.. so it happened to all smartphones..you just have to deal eith it.. what i do really like Bout the m8 is the fluidity, the smoothness and fast response in everyday use..and ofcourse boomsound blinkfeed and so on.. its just my opinion though..
