hello guys i have this phone and i have a question to ask. on my carrier site where i bought the phone it said that i have ``Procesor: Dual-core 1.5 GHz, Adreno 225 GPU, Qualcomm MSM8255
Snapdragon chipset``, but now when i bought it i found out that my proccesor is actually S3 , the weaker version (1,7 Mhz). May i ask them to refund or at least give me other phone?

phonechick, 29 Jul 2012Which one is better? HTC One X or One S? I realize that One... morehtc one s is something different from all the other iphonish smartphones out there. The design, the quality of the materials and the hardware alongside with the htc sence+android ics makes it fantastic for everyday use.I have the grey one (witch i prefer) for about a month now and i'm very satisfied and the battery life is about 3 days with normal use.If you want something different not plastic and with perfect size you have to check this out

actually is a very good phone, well built and use of metal makes the phone superior to hold than the all plastic build of the samsung galaxy phones. battery life is also more than satisfactory

Which one is better? HTC One X or One S? I realize that One X is not suitable for people with small hands which the One S is suitable for. From the comments I cannot decide which one to get One X or One S so can you please tell me which one is better of the two? I would like to buy the One X though. Both phones seem to have good features. It is difficult for me to choose. Please help.

Chenwei, 27 Jul 2012camera is 3264*1840, such a stupid scale...That is for the 16:9 ratio.
Review the camera settings, it provides 4:3 3264x2448 resolution setting also.

kobby G, 22 Jul 2012one S is great so far for my four days with it..... really... morethe battery is too bad.... i keep charging it almost the whole of the day. Damn! I don't even get 2hrs of video or gaming with it after full charge... too bad. And battery can't be replaced either. If this is common with all smart fons then i will always go for those with removable battery so that i can replace them on the go. I use my fons for almost everything.... business, gaming, navigation, and almost everything about life. .... One S is a powerful nice fon... but such sick battery fons aint for me; and they just aint worth it for anybody's cash either. Except you sit behind a desk all day!

AnonD-4814, 25 Jul 2012I don't think you've tried all phones you'd mentioned. One ... moreI have tested the Galaxy S III (through a mate), the One X (through my Dad) and the Xperia S in a local phone store, I would say although the first two have some superior features, they are too big for my liking (the S III feels greasy in the hand all the time and the One X feels just a bit heavy) and the battery life on both is below par. Obviously you could buy an extended battery for the S III but with the One X that is not an option.
And for the Xperia S, well, the camera is good but really really slow, the battery life is woeful, and the box feel in the hand isn't nice. Also, I personally think Sony completely ruin everything about android. They remove the fluidity and simplicity and the good looking nature of the system (if you could call an operating system good looking) with lag and ugly boxes and they overcomplicate it, as do Samsung.
Obviously, the One S has a bit of a dodgy screen, I have sharp eyes so I do notice this and I will actually replace it with a normal qHD amoLED screen when possible, but apart from that there is nothing I would really complain with about this phone. Apart from the fact that when I turn it on it says Orange.

Anonymous, 24 Jul 2012I have used this phone for two weeks now, the 16GB black eu... moreI don't think you've tried all phones you'd mentioned. One s is absolutely fast, I can't say it's lag free, but the tegra 3 isn't better in terms of performance. The screen however, it's pentile, but it's hard for you to see the individual pixels if you're not looking for it. One x and s3 have a better display, S3 has a gorgeous display but not perfect though. Xperia s is surely not in one s level, it has a poor viewing angle (it's razor-sharp btw), and it's laggy a lot of times, standard features in camera and ui, I would say this is the best phone you can get in this price range.

@ Strider. you're correct this is an amazing handset my friend owns one. I'm using One X which can't be compared with this phone. At least the camera of One S is sublime. In general, HTC sense 4 is a mind blowing don't hesitate to grab any HTC phone you won't regret. Where can I get FM transmitter on the Market? cheers
