i have a Touch cruise for 2 days. all the functions are working fine, but the phone reception is very bad. even at home no connection,
Any one has same problem?
Please advise if this a problem with the phone or the connection.
(trying same sim card on different phone-working fine)
Living in US at the moment , may be they have different system?
Any opinion appreciated

hi BKP,
I too am waiting till the telcos bring back this device into their price plans.
Everywhere it is soldout in Singapore (what a high demand). Check out last Saturday STimes newspaper. I've seen the official ad for cruise from HTC it self.

i'm interested in HTC phones.. and if i use it with ATT in usa, i dont plan on signing up for a data/internet plan, how does one use the WiFi to connect to the internet for free?
i use the phone for texting & calling a lot during the day, so is this a good choice for a phone?

Hey Guys' do not know what happened in two weeks this phone was sold out in singapore. Could not find any during the Goodfriday weekend. All major retailers including the service providers are now expecting the net shiping on Early April. Any idea how is the selling in other countries.

For those interested in the TC camera, I can tell you Ive had a hard time getting a decent pic on it. Love the managing software for playing around with the pictures, but an actual picture taken with the camera at highest resolution and adding all imaging effects possible, seems impossible to get. I installed google maps and it works like a charm, get usually 6 or 7 satellites to pinpoint my exact location and my location on the map is usually 90% correct. Must have a unlimited internet mobile plan for this little toy. The RSS Hub keeps all the info I need at hand also. Windows live keeps me connected and updated with new email. Any doubts, Id be glad to help. Take care

OK, got it! go to START | SETTINGS | BUTTONS, select the application you wish to launch and hit OK. Now the GPS hard button launches TomTom instantly. VERY simple. Love it. And the TomTom software is a VERY cool thing on this phone.

Just bought HTC Touch Cruise. The GPS hard button launches "Messaging" instead of the GPS app. Huh? Any clues here? Can I reprogram the button properly?
Many thanks.
