Uggghhh! Awful piece of plastic nonsense. I'm on my second phone in less than 3 weeks, now arguing with Orange to get something different. Battery life ranges from 8hrs (max) to 3hrs(usual). If I use it to talk at all battery life is measured in minutes (seconds even).
Interface is clumsy, phone is too small, and txting is impossible as the keyboard covers up what I'm writing.
This was one expensive mistake, never, ever again.
Oh, and the back cover gets so hot its dangerous to pick it up. Be warned.

The HTC diamond is a monster phone,I must say it has everything that a 3rd generation could expect in a phone,I just love everything it has,let alone the Design Mmmmh! well sorry for this,but the iPhone3G does not stand a chance & except the Rich HTML e-mail we still need the MMS service which the iPHONE3G does not have!

can anyone tell me, how is the video quality of this diamond? i like to take videos sometimes and need a more-than-decent-average-good quality video.

i buy this product but '1-it's had really bad buzzer's 'bad(Sound) 2-rom working slowly and it need to upgraded a newer rom-in totally 'when you buy this product' it need to go for servise opration's -(in day 1)-it is a disaster-what are you doing HTC?

Samira, 14 Sep 2008Hi, I Got my phone from Dial a phone and am on the orange n... morewell I had same problem with wether button I hard reseted my phone but first you try something else go to setting>today >items there you unchecked touch FLO3D and press ok again go there and check the box hit ok and see if its fine.if not you have to hard reset your device.

About my problem with the music player.... the music plays absloutly fine from windows media player, but whenever I go the music icon on the home touchflo 3D screen, it starts to launch tochflo 3D and takes me back top the home screen! (no music or album art comes) thats about all I can tell about the problem. It started when I syncd my phone to the media player on my lap top. Thanks alot for your help.

Im not that technical but rea... moredear samira you have to turn WiFi on but you should be in the range of a WiFi network once your phone find a WiFi network you will be connected to WiFi then you can use it.tell me where did you buy your phone and how much did you pay.tanx

I used this Diamond for 2 weeks already. It's fantastic phone! No regrets at all to own such a wonderful gadget. Thumbs up!

just upload the new ROM on the diamond, install it and reboot the phone and the phone will work fine then.
And then everybody can shut up and stop crying
jeez.

Why does this phone work soo slowly? If I download the new ROM it says I will lose all the data of the phone. Why? How do I take a back-up of it on my Laptop?

OK!!! I have just started getting another problem with this phone! on the touch flo screen, when I go to the music icon, instead of bringing up the songs it starts to launch the touchflo 3d screen!! Hope this makes sense! would love to know how to sort this out.

Hey, i got this phone for more then a month, initially it's a bit laggy(mine is the @nd Batch), but after u install the new ROM provided on the HTC website, it's not as laggy as every and the phone is working better, functions wise it's like other PDAs but screen resolutions and camera rocks man, if u are a person going for looks and average performance...Get urself one...it doesn't seem to giove me any problems :)

it's nice mobile but some problem on body cover in back side it's easy to screatch .

i got this phone 2days ago . its very nice but i got 2 problem. there is a misscall sign on home screen. i deleted i calls but the sigh is still there. secondly it show me a message that ur sim card is full for sms! also when i want to forward a sms the fowrward optin is off !! pls help

It is a very good pda/phone, but you have to know what to ask him and how to ask him.Think about Diamond like a computer.It is not jus an ordinary phone. My only complain is the battery life when I use it intensive.Diamond is over Iphone in my opinion in every aspect.

What a shamles of a phone this is -just impress... moreI have this phone for over one month: it works as I expected; it's not a perfect phone but it does everything it says on the paper. Someone who touches for the first time Windows Mobile (and is used to work with a regular phone) can be a little confused, impatient, etc but this doesn't mean that the phone is bad: it's just the way this phones work. Conclusion: Very good phone (price-quality=excelent)
