I am not able to play a video file whi... morethe things in the today screen is for the windows mobile today screen, not touch flo screens. so if you want to see them you will have to turn off touch flo in the today settings. and after seeing it, trust me, you will turn touch flo right back on.

    I am using touch HD. I am not able to play a video file which has been transferred from my PC. The other issue is, in setting, if go to the today's tab and activate the items to be listed in the Home page and when i go the home page the activated items are not visible. Pls. provide your feed back.

                    1. open "active sync" on the phone
                    2. tap menu
                    3. then tap options
                    4. pick the pc you want to change setting (if you have more than one setup) then pick settings.
                    5. then pick what to do "if there is a conflict"
                    5.1 you get to pick "if there is a conflict" to replace info on phone or keep info on phone.
                    I have all my contacts on my pc so mind is set to replace. you may want it the next way till both pc and phone are sync.

                      hi Anthony i would just like to say i will b getting my htc in a month, and i was wondering on the htc website-at the update rom bit and stuff do i download to the htc or pc then sync it or somthing please help

                          This device while synchronizing will cause you to lose all your contact details, It had happened to me 3 times so far, the last two times I had backed up the info, but it will make you lose all your important information in an instant, It won't even ask if you wanna delete the information, it will just do that. I need a fix for this if i'm to continue using HTC, I'm about to throw them through the window, mine and my wife's, and stop recommending them to my friends and go back to using Motorola.

                            Anthony, 09 Jun 2009I was trying to say i got the game "need for speed" working... moreYeah i remember it was running fine on Miri's Rom, but in Dutty's you have to soft reset before you run it and not every time that it works.. i tried several ways until i got it running.. But 3.7XT is fine with NFS..

                              Pls all htc users, how do I change theme to the ones I have downloaded, when I go to setting-perssonal-today, all I see is the pre-installed themes. I read somewhere that we need to put our new themes in my documents which I did but I cant see them where themes are supposed to be. I use touch viva and I believe the settings are the same. Pls help!!!

                                i wont say it has its bad sides but as for battery life u can use it for 2day if u dont put on the wifi or blue tooth. this is just a bigger version of the diamond and a better touch flo interface. if u wan to see wat this phone can really do get one and take it over to xda develops forum and tweak away.

I got the game free from a link you gave me.

                                        so let me tell you very clearly if u use your TOUCH HD everyday like listening music for a hour or two hours,surfing net for half and a hour,watching videos on YOU TUBE for almost half hour and and calls and messages also then you can go for 2 days with single charge,and if u moderate use your TOUCH HD ,it will go for 3 days also like mine.
                                        About the quality of sound TOUCH HD speaker is very nice and its gives very nice loud and crispy sound,making calls using speakerphone is also amazing very loud and clear voice,while listining to music using headset then again its good but no that good but its ok.TOUCH HD gives you the option of equilizers also so that u can adjust the music the way you want.
                                        Overall performance is simply great,signal strength is also nice.what i write now is of my personal experience.
