hi dexter morgon, presently i m a symbian os user.i m planning , to buy touch hd provided it has got features given below.
1)call recorder without making noice during recording.
2)fring/skype with voip i,e voice chatting using mobile internet(GPRS,EDGE).
3) locking files or sms inbox
4) mobile tracker
5) profiles automatic changing(e.g general to silent) with time settings.
6)answering machine, it answer the call when u r absent or not able pick the call.
7) encryting and decrypting files.
i had read in previous opinions that winmo does not support voip , that means no voice chatting possible using skype or fring?
please clarify n let me known what are the possibilities with touch hd.thank u.

Please help me withe ... moreIf you want to connect to the net thru your vista PC you have to install "Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1" and setup your phone to sync with it.

finally I am one of HTC HD family :)
Please help me withe the following issues:-
1) I'm not able to connect to internet thru WIFI with my modem, but connected to others. I also can connect thru my PC vista
2) I can't play many video files including RM an DVD. I've installed core player 1-3 bbut can't play all the files i used to play in Nokia N80
3)MOBiDIV for mobile Quran is alreay expired evn thu I didn't use it not even for one day

Are you running the latest ROM on your phone? Do you have ATI 3D Drivers for your phone installed? And when opera comes up looking like a PDA, is it when you have used it before and closed it from the "X" and not the exit in the menu?
